1. Who operates the app

Qipao Archive (旗袍檔案) is operated by Seymour Industrial (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (熙摩实业（上海）有限公司, 熙摩), under the Pattern Provenance brand. This policy covers the current Qipao Archive app.

The app does not require or provide a user account. It does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and does not upload your personal app data to developer servers.

2. Information kept on your device

Language, appearance, reduced-motion settings, introductory guide choices, favourites, saved collections, recently viewed items, search history, reading progress and notification preferences are stored on this device. Downloaded content and its cache are also stored locally. These records support your reading experience; we do not receive them or synchronise them through a developer account.

Local interaction measurements remain on the device and are not sent to an analytics service. The app does not use advertising trackers or an advertising profile. A home-screen widget may use a local reading snapshot shared with the app on the same device.

To add new daily cards without an app update, the app downloads public content and images from patternprovenance.com. It sends no app account, reading history or app identifier. Our host, Cloudflare, stores request logs containing the IP address, approximate region derived from that IP address, request URL and headers (including device software information), response status and timing. These logs support content delivery, troubleshooting and security; they are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking. The current Workers Free service retains these logs for 3 days. The app does not request GPS location. Deleting local app data does not erase these separate server logs.

3. Apple purchases and notifications

App Store purchases are processed by Apple. The app uses StoreKit purchase and entitlement information to unlock or restore access on your device. We do not receive your Apple Account password, payment-card number or bank account details. Apple handles its own payment and platform data under its privacy policy.

Reading reminders are scheduled locally when you allow notifications. You can change your preferences in the app and turn off notification permission in iOS Settings. The current app does not send a push-notification token to a developer server.

4. Retention, export and deletion

Local reading data remains on your device until you remove it. In Mine, use Export local data to make a copy, Clear downloaded files to remove cached downloads, or Delete local data to remove the app’s local reading data and preferences. We cannot retrieve, export or delete device-only records remotely.

Deleting local app data does not delete Apple’s purchase records or cancel an App Store subscription. Manage any subscription through Apple. Device backups and copies you export or share are controlled by you and the services you choose; we do not operate an app cloud-sync service.

5. Email support and external links

If you choose to email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send. We use them to answer your request and resolve the issue. Our email provider, Zoho Mail, handles delivery and storage. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations, then delete it. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of that correspondence.

Please do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details. Support email is separate from data stored inside the app; the app does not automatically attach your local reading records.

Opening this website, Apple services or a source institution’s website makes a separate web request. Those services may process connection information under their own privacy policies. Visits to this website are covered by the Pattern Provenance website privacy notice; this app policy does not describe the website as collecting no data.

6. Changes and privacy requests

If the app’s data handling changes, we will update this policy and its date before the change takes effect, and obtain permission where required. New account, cloud-sync or remote analytics features are not part of the current policy. For questions or privacy requests, contact the operator at the address below.

目前 App 沒有使用者帳號，也不要求註冊。我們不會跨其他公司的 App 或網站追蹤你，App 不會將你的個人使用資料上傳至開發者伺服器。

2. 保存在這部裝置的資料

語言、外觀、減少動態效果、首次導覽選擇、收藏、收藏夾、最近瀏覽、搜尋歷史、閱讀進度及通知偏好，均保存在這部裝置。下載內容與快取也存於本機。這些資料用於提供閱讀體驗，我們不會接收，也不會透過開發者帳號同步。

本機互動統計保留在裝置上，不會傳送至分析服務。App 不使用廣告追蹤，也不建立廣告個人檔案。主畫面小工具可讀取與 App 在同一裝置共用的本機閱讀摘要。

為了不更新 App 也能加入新的每日卡片，App 會從 patternprovenance.com 下載公開內容與圖片，不傳送 App 帳號、閱讀歷史或 App 識別碼。主機供應商 Cloudflare 會保存請求日誌，包括 IP 位址、依 IP 推算的大致地區、請求網址與標頭（含裝置軟體資訊）、回應狀態及處理時間，用於內容傳遞、故障排查及安全維護，不用於廣告或跨 App 追蹤。目前 Workers Free 服務保留這些日誌 3 天。App 不要求 GPS 定位；刪除本機資料不會清除這些獨立的伺服器日誌。

3. Apple 購買與通知

App Store 購買由 Apple 處理。App 透過 StoreKit 的購買與權益資訊，在裝置上解鎖或恢復存取。我們不會取得你的 Apple 帳號密碼、付款卡號或銀行帳戶資料。Apple 依其隱私政策處理付款及平台資料。

你允許通知後，閱讀提醒由裝置在本機排程。你可在 App 調整偏好，並在 iOS「設定」關閉通知權限。目前 App 不會向開發者伺服器傳送推播通知識別碼。

4. 保存、匯出與刪除

本機閱讀資料會保留至你將其移除。你可在「我的」使用「匯出本機資料」保存副本、「清除下載檔案」移除下載快取，或「刪除本機資料」移除 App 的本機閱讀資料及偏好。我們無法遠端讀取、匯出或刪除僅存在你裝置的資料。

刪除本機資料不會刪除 Apple 保管的購買記錄，也不會取消 App Store 訂閱；如有訂閱，請透過 Apple 管理。裝置備份，以及你匯出或分享的副本，由你與所選服務控制；我們沒有提供 App 雲端同步服務。

5. 電郵支援與外部連結

你主動寄信聯絡我們時，我們會收到寄件電郵地址、訊息及你附上的檔案，僅用於回覆及處理問題。電郵供應商 Zoho Mail 負責郵件傳遞與儲存。我們僅在處理請求及履行適用法律義務所需期間保留通訊，之後刪除；你可聯絡我們要求存取、更正或刪除相關通訊。

請勿傳送密碼、驗證碼或完整付款卡號。支援郵件與 App 內的本機資料分開；App 不會自動附上你的閱讀記錄。

開啟本網站、Apple 服務或館方來源網站時，會產生獨立的網頁連線；相關服務可能依其隱私政策處理連線資訊。造訪本網站適用 Pattern Provenance 網站隱私聲明，本 App 政策並非宣稱網站不處理任何資料。

6. 政策更新與隱私請求

若 App 的資料處理方式改變，我們會在變更生效前更新本政策及日期，並在需要時取得同意。目前政策不涵蓋尚未推出的帳號、雲端同步或遠端分析功能。如有問題或隱私請求，請透過下方地址聯絡營運者。
