1. Scope: the current local preview

Chinese Porcelain Archive is a Pattern Provenance project operated by Seymour Industrial (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (熙摩实业（上海）有限公司, 熙摩). Its current local preview is labelled Porcelain Atlas. This notice covers that preview, not a released App Store service.

The local preview uses device-only profiles and simulated membership. It does not perform real account sign-in or charge for purchases. Server account, purchase-verification and remote notification services are not activated in this preview.

2. Local information and its purpose

Your local display name, learning preferences, language and appearance choices, saved objects, notes, comparison work, boards, learning history and downloaded content remain on this device. They support learning, personalisation and returning to saved work. Learning records do not automatically sync across devices.

Optional interaction measurements are recorded locally and are not uploaded to an analytics service. The preview does not use advertising tracking or build advertising profiles.

3. Your controls and retention

In My, open the account centre and Privacy & Data to export local data, stop new learning-history or analytics records, or clear learning history. Remove saved work and downloaded content through their own controls. Deleting a local profile does not delete every saved collection; review those separately. Local data remains until removed using these controls or the app and its data are deleted from the device.

Learning reminders are scheduled on the device. Change reminder preferences in the app or notification permission in iOS Settings. We cannot recover or erase device-only records remotely. Exports, shares and device backups are controlled by you and your chosen services.

4. Support and other websites

If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments for support. Our existing Zoho email service delivers and stores that correspondence. We retain it only as needed to resolve your request and meet applicable legal obligations, then delete it. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.

Opening a museum source, Apple service or this website creates a separate web request. The destination’s privacy policy applies to that visit. The Pattern Provenance website privacy notice covers this website; local-preview statements do not apply to website traffic.

5. Connected services: preparation only, not active

The following describes the connected version being prepared and checked locally. It is not an active connected service or a completed App Store release. The current local preview does not collect the server data described below.

When enabled, Apple sign-in identifiers, verified purchase records and encrypted authorization tokens will be used to sign in, restore eligible purchases and revoke Apple authorization. Optional content notifications will use an encrypted device notification identifier with your permission. Learning history and saved work will remain on your device.

Apple will provide Sign in with Apple and App Store purchase processing, and Apple Push Notification service will deliver content notifications when enabled. We do not receive your Apple Account password or full payment-card details. These services are separate from the local learning reminders and our Zoho email support.

6. Planned account deletion and retention — not yet enabled

In the connected version, Account Centre → Privacy & Data → Delete account and local profile will let you request deletion in the app. Once the server confirms deletion, the active server account, sessions, purchase associations and notification registrations linked to those sessions will be removed. The local profile will be reset; local saved items will remain. Export or remove saved work separately using its own controls.

Apple authorization revocation may take additional time. The prepared process deletes encrypted revocation tokens as soon as revocation succeeds. If revocation fails, it retries for up to seven days, then deletes the tokens and shows instructions for stopping Sign in with Apple manually. Limited deletion-receipt, revocation-status and replay-prevention records, including a hashed receipt and the associated account identifier, are scheduled for removal after a retention window of up to 30 days.

Deleting the account will not erase purchase records held by Apple or cancel an Apple subscription. Manage subscriptions separately through Apple; account deletion will remain available without waiting for a subscription to end or emailing support.

7. What must be confirmed before activation

The actual backend service providers, processing regions, and retention periods for backups, operational logs and support correspondence still need to be confirmed. Before connected services are enabled, we will publish those details, confirm the deletion and scheduled cleanup processes in the deployed service, and update the App Store privacy disclosures. Local checks do not establish that the live Apple connection has been verified.

This notice covers the current preview and separately identifies preparation for future services. It must not be used as the complete policy for a connected release or to claim that such a release collects no data. The current preview is not a purchase offer. 本機預覽使用裝置上的個人資料與模擬會員狀態，不進行真實帳號登入或購買扣款。此預覽未啟用伺服器帳號、購買驗證或遠端通知服務。

2. 本機資料與用途

顯示名稱、學習偏好、語言與外觀選擇、收藏、筆記、比較成果、素材板、學習歷史及下載內容，保留在這部裝置，用於學習、個人化及回看保存成果。學習記錄不會自動跨裝置同步。

可選的互動統計只在本機記錄，不會上傳分析服務。預覽版不使用廣告追蹤，也不建立廣告個人檔案。

3. 資料控制與保存

在「我的」開啟帳戶中心的「隱私與資料」，可匯出本機資料、停止新增學習或分析記錄，或清除學習歷史。收藏成果及下載內容請透過各自的控制項移除。刪除本機個人資料不會刪除所有收藏，請另行檢查。資料保留至你透過這些控制項移除，或從裝置刪除 App 及其資料。

學習提醒由裝置在本機排程；你可在 App 調整提醒偏好，或在 iOS「設定」管理通知權限。我們無法遠端恢復或刪除僅存在裝置上的資料。匯出、分享及裝置備份由你與所選服務控制。

4. 支援與其他網站

你主動寄信時，我們會收到你的電郵地址、訊息及附件以提供支援。既有 Zoho 電郵服務負責傳遞與儲存通訊；我們僅在處理請求及履行適用法律義務所需期間保留，之後刪除。你可要求存取、更正或刪除相關通訊。請勿傳送密碼、驗證碼或完整付款卡號。

開啟館方來源、Apple 服務或本網站會產生獨立的網頁連線，該次造訪適用目的網站的隱私政策。本網站適用 Pattern Provenance 網站隱私聲明；本機預覽的資料說明不適用於網站流量。

5. 聯網服務：準備中，尚未啟用

以下說明正在準備並於本機檢查的聯網版本，不代表已啟用的聯網服務或已完成的 App Store 發行。目前本機預覽不會收集下述伺服器資料。

服務啟用後，Apple 登入識別碼、已驗證的購買記錄及加密授權令牌，將用於登入、恢復符合資格的購買及撤銷 Apple 授權。選用的內容通知經你允許後，會使用加密的裝置通知識別碼。學習歷史與收藏成果仍保存在你的裝置。

Apple 將提供「使用 Apple 登入」及 App Store 購買處理；內容通知啟用後由 Apple 推播通知服務傳送。我們不會取得你的 Apple 帳號密碼或完整付款卡號。這些服務與本機學習提醒及 Zoho 電郵支援分開。

6. 規劃中的帳號刪除與保存期限——尚未啟用

聯網版本將在「帳戶中心 → 隱私與資料 → 刪除帳號與本機資料檔」提供 App 內的刪除請求。伺服器確認刪除後，會移除使用中的伺服器帳號、工作階段、購買關聯及依賴該工作階段的通知登記。本機資料檔會重設，本機收藏則保留；收藏成果的匯出或移除請使用各自控制項。

Apple 授權撤銷可能需要額外時間。已準備的流程會在撤銷成功時立即清除加密撤銷令牌；失敗時最多重試七天，屆滿清除令牌，並提示如何手動停止使用 Apple 登入。有限的刪除回執、撤銷狀態與防重放記錄，包括回執雜湊及關聯的帳號識別碼，將在最長 30 天保存期後由排程清除。

刪除帳號不會刪除 Apple 保管的購買記錄，也不會取消 Apple 訂閱。請透過 Apple 另行管理訂閱；你不需等待訂閱到期或寄信給客服，仍可在 App 內刪除帳號。

7. 啟用前仍須確認的資訊

實際後端服務供應商、資料處理地域，以及備份、營運日誌與支援通訊的具體保存期限，仍須確認。聯網服務啟用前，我們將公布這些資訊、確認已部署服務的刪除與排程清理流程，並更新 App Store 隱私申報。本機檢查不代表已完成真實 Apple 帳號聯驗。
