China's motorcycle learning curve

The China exhibition asks how motorcycle production knowledge was learned, adapted, and put into practice. It uses selected cases to make that question inspectable rather than presenting one unbroken national success story.

The exhibition begins with an overview of industrial learning. From there, readers can enter object and factory workshops, including the Chang Jiang 750 and Jialing cases, to compare narrower claims with the material available.

These cases are not a census of every manufacturer. Their purpose is to make a set of production and evidence questions readable at different levels of depth.

Model resemblance, a technical document, a signed cooperation agreement, production capacity, and independent development are not interchangeable. A route can connect them as questions while keeping their evidence boundaries visible.
