What is an Evidence Atlas?

Evidence Atlas is a case-led research publication associated with Motorcycle Memory. It is designed as a versioned edition, distinct from the free exhibition route and from a continuously edited image gallery.

The edition brings selected investigations into a fixed publication form. Its case structure allows readers to compare a question, the material available for it, the interpretation, and the limits that remain.

The exhibition offers public routes and workshops; the Supporter page describes the separate edition and its current terms. The existence of an edition does not make every exhibition page a sales page.

A fixed release can be cited and checked as a particular edition. Corrections or later evidence belong in a later version rather than silently changing what an earlier reader received.

This is especially important when a case involves competing timelines or incomplete technical records. A versioned publication can state what was known at release without implying that every open question has been resolved.

An edition may synthesize primary records, translations, and editorial diagrams, but these are different evidence layers. A reconstruction must be identified as such; an unverified link must not be upgraded to an official confirmation.
